依據(jù)兔毛的結(jié)構(gòu)研究加工方法，結(jié)合兔毛的特征規(guī)劃制作了新的特別紡紗工藝（其間運用了二項自己的），這項紡紗技術(shù)不加和毛油、抗靜電劑，減少兔毛纖維危害，一同制毛條時加吸風(fēng)除去超短纖維及危害短纖維。研制的短流程、紡純兔毛高支紗的加工路途運用于出產(chǎn)，通過判定。現(xiàn)已批量出產(chǎn)了高支紗兔毛衫、兔毛褲、兔毛襪等多個深受消費者歡迎的純兔毛產(chǎn)品。這些產(chǎn)品不掉毛、不起球而且抵達可機洗的要求。這項技術(shù)認(rèn)為屬國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，國外也未有類似路途。
